Every person is an activist. Governments alone can not fix the problems that the planet and society faces. Businesses need to act now.

The last 12 months have witnessed major transformation at Fanclub and Humankind. It was the year in which we agreed to dedicate all of our resources to create positive change - for society and for the planet.

As part of our commitment to this, we are publishing our first ever impact report, which you can find here.

Some of the highlights include

  • Changing our mission statement to reflect our commitment to creating positive change
  • Applying for and receiving our B Corp certification, to ensure that we meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose
  • Our work with clients, on everything from e-waste, circular fashion, electric vehicles and tackling gender bias
  • Our collaboration to BME PR Pros to drive greater racial diversity in senior PR roles by helping to create and participate in the Xec programme
  • Our work to help those affected by conflict and domestic violence through our support of Unicef UK and Women’s Aid

We are just getting started on our journey. We recognise that there’s much, much more that we can do. Over the next 12 months, we will work with our colleagues, partners, and clients to help address some of the biggest challenges the world faces.
